The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco

As a Senior Strategic Growth Manager you will partner with MCM (Moloco Commerce Media) customers to help them build out a retail media business. You will lead customer relationships with large retailers and marketplaces, functioning as the product and go-to market expert, educating and advising on business setup and growth, retail media strategy, campaign management and optimization, and how to scale a retail media business.

The Opportunity

• Enable our retail and marketplace customers to be successful by growing their ads business; crafting GTM strategies with our MCM clients to help drive incremental ad revenue growth.
• Identify growth levers and product improvement opportunities.
• Build and manage strategic customer partnerships with deep understanding of customer verticals.
• Educate business users and advertisers on performance ads values and operations.
• Identify actionable growth initiatives and execute flawlessly to achieve goals.
• Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights.
• Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications.
• Capture customers' needs and devise optimized and productive solutions.
• Lead multiple customer meetings and regular business reviews.

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range : $183,000 - $274,000 USD
