Talent Advisor

We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Talent Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll consult with internal business groups to deliver comprehensive recruiting services that attract and hire diverse, innovative talent. You'll play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, supporting diversity initiatives, and ensuring a best-in-class recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand and align with the organization's talent strategy and business model.
• Advise and influence hiring managers using organizational insights to guide staffing decisions.
• Source and build pipelines of diverse talent for current and future roles.
• Integrate diversity efforts into the recruitment process to ensure inclusive candidate slates.
• Advocate for internal candidates with transferable skills.
• Translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights to HR partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Use applicant tracking systems, online platforms, and social media to engage candidates.
• Participate in recruiting projects focused on workforce planning, process improvement, and brand elevation.
• Strategically source and attract BIPOC talent, especially for leadership roles.
• Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and professional associations.
• Conduct candidate phone screenings and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Work Environment :

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00 / hr.
