Outside Sales Rep – B2B | Assistant Manager

Join a nationally recognized company supporting the transportation and logistics industry. We’re hiring a B2B Outside Sales professional for a high-growth role that leads to full Branch Management within 1–2 years. This is a client-facing position focused on selling rental and lease solutions to businesses in your region.

Qualifications :

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or territory management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Motivated to lead and manage a branch in the future
  • Willing and able to relocate (relocation assistance provided)

Benefits :

  • First-year OTE : $80K–$90K
  • Monthly vehicle allowance + uncapped commissions
  • Full benefits on day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
