Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is 85,580-113,420. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

Are you passionate about Tool and Mold Design? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Product Engineering department. As an Project Engineer, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.

The Polymer Products operations at S&C is a world leader for manufacturing medium voltage epoxy insulation products. The engineering team at Polymer Products supports operations team to achieve the yield goals through process controls, mold designs, and trainings; seeks continuous improvement with manufacturing processes, mold designs, tools, and equipment through improvement and capital projects; addresses and resolves quality concerns observed with manufactured products through problem-solving activities; and supports new product / process development through design, procurement, installation, and startup.

The candidate considered for this position will work on-site at S&C Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois supporting the Polymer Products process engineering team and report to the Assistant Manager-Manufacturing Engineering.
