Job Overview

The Patient Registration Representative provides administrative support and high-level customer service support to patients, families, internal team members, providers and referring practices in admission, registration, insurance management functions, and check in / check out. Supports departmental and organizational goals including pre-service collections registration quality and patient family experience.

Location : Broomfield. May float to Wheat Ridge and Uptown locations.

Available Shifts :

• 10 : 00am - 10 : 30pm. Two shifts per week. Weekend and holiday availability required.
• 12 : 00pm - 12 : 30am. Two shifts per week. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

Required : One (1) year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience.

A relevant associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis.

Salary Information

Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Hourly Range : $20.14 to $30.21
