A company is looking for a Representative I PACT-FT Day / Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls efficiently using a telephone answering platform while adhering to standard protocols
Maintain expert knowledge of database applications and ensure patient privacy
Facilitate patient requests safely and effectively, utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Superior customer service skills and / or call center experience preferred
One year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Experience with computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of principles of growth and development relevant to the patient population served
