    The Company is seeking a VP Product for its Core Products, with a focus on the real-time database and its associated ecosystem. Key responsibilities for the VP Product include maintaining a portfolio-level view across all related products, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and business impact, and acting as an executive sponsor for key customers. The role demands a clear and confident communicator, technically fluent, and capable of influencing at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a portfolio of interrelated products, be comfortable with both self-managed and cloud delivery models, and have a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. Experience in using metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success is essential. This is a pivotal role that will drive innovation, improve user experience, and ensure the company's continued market-leading performance and reliability.
