Vice President of Product

VP of Product Location :

• Nashville, TN (On-site) Employment Type : Full-time The Role We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP of Product to lead our product vision and delivery.
• You’ll own the roadmap, drive adoption, and ensure what we build delivers real value to clients.
• This role requires close alignment with executive leadership, disciplined communication, and deep engagement with clients and internal teams.
• You’ll manage and grow a small product team while working closely with Engineering, Client Success, and Sales to shape the future of Wealth Access.
• What You’ll Do - Lead product strategy and execution across the Wealth Access platform. - Launch Nora successfully and drive adoption across client segments. - Drive adoption and enhancement of the Integrations Hub. - Establish product discovery, roadmap planning, and release processes. - Set up product analytics and metrics to measure usage and impact. - Engage directly with clients to validate roadmap and ensure usability. - Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality releases. - Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and energy.
• Who You Are - Experienced product leader in B2B SaaS or FinTech, with a track record of shipping impactful products. - Comfortable owning both strategy and execution, with strong roadmap discipline. - Skilled in client engagement and translating feedback into product decisions. - Familiar with data flows, integrations, and enterprise client environments. - Strong communicator with a bias for action and clarity. - Culture builder who brings energy, discipline, and collaboration. - Based in Nashville and committed to an on-site leadership presence.
