As an Engineering Tech Lead, you will spearhead the development of advanced AI-driven features, shaping the future of browser-based products. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, allowing you to influence architecture, technical direction, and AI product design. The position offers full autonomy in a remote-first environment, fostering creativity, rapid iteration, and a user-focused approach. You will mentor engineers, promote best practices, and ensure that every feature delivered maximizes user impact and business value.

Accountabilities :

• Lead the design, development, and execution of LLM-powered AI features, ensuring alignment with product goals and user impact.
• Define and evolve technical architecture, system design, and engineering standards for scalable AI products.
• Mentor and support a team of product and machine learning engineers, fostering technical growth and a product mindset.
• Build and refine AI quality systems and evaluation processes to enhance model performance and reliability.
• Integrate and experiment with the latest AI models, fine-tuning for real-world use cases while balancing speed, quality, and scale.
• Drive process improvements across engineering practices, focusing on performance, maintainability, and efficient delivery.
