As a Level II Competent Registered Nurse at Mary Washington Healthcare, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. This full-time night position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team while making a significant impact on patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Direct and coordinate nursing care, overseeing licensed and unlicensed personnel.
• Engage patients and families in care planning and discharge processes.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care.
• Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the orientation of new staff members.
• Act as a point of contact for hospital policies and procedures.
• Contribute to daily operational activities for a safe patient / staff environment.
• Provide input to the Nurse Manager regarding unit needs.
