Claims Manager
Manage and coordinate activities of staff engaged in examining insurance claims. Ensure all claims are handled according to company and department procedures by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties assigned as needed.
Manage employees in the Claims department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and / or Experience : Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 5-7 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
Must have current certificates, licenses and registrations as required.
