Position Overview :

We’re hiring a Tool Maker to support our A Shift production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll build, maintain, and improve precision tooling and fixtures that are essential to our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities :

Machine parts using lathes, mills, grinders, and other tool room equipment

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Maintain and sharpen tools, ensuring readiness for production

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop new tooling

Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED

3–5 years of tool making or fixture-building experience

Strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
