About the role :

A Distribution Inventory Supervisor leads to ensure the accomplishment of distribution center goals, including those related to budget and cost structure.

Additional Information :

• Relocation is not available for this position.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position requires working onsite five days a week.
• Travel up to 30% is required.

What you will do :

Additional Requirements :

Associate's degree and / or 3-5 years of relevant experience

What you will have :

Operational Functions : Knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Level Extensive Experience :

Coaching Others : Knowledge of coaching and mentoring concepts and methods; ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals in learning and improving effectiveness.

Level Extensive Experience :

Leadership : Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

Level Extensive Experience :

Problem Management Process - MFG : Knowledge of manufacturing problem management processes, methodologies and techniques; ability to use a disciplined approach to bringing that problem to a successful resolution.

Level Extensive Experience :

Distribution Center Management : Knowledge of distribution processes, issues and considerations; ability to effectively manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to stores and / or customers.

Level Working Knowledge :

Summary Pay Range : $87,480.00 - $131,280.00
