We are looking for our next Business Development Manager in Texas, who will drive growth, build lasting partnerships, and enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere in the Lone Star State!

What will you do?

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through sales, relationship development, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a growth mindset and can-do attitude, and demonstrates initiative, a competitive drive, and the ability to remain focused on results despite changing conditions. Confidence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage others are essential.

Success in this position requires an entrepreneurial commitment, along with a sense of urgency and confidence to handle a variety of challenges. This fosters a job environment that is flexible, autonomous, and facilitates growth opportunity through recognition and rewards for the achievement of revenue goals.

  • Cold calling to create interest in Stefanini services, create new business leads, and manage the sales cycle.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls.
  • Develop and present proposals, solutions, and pricing models to win and grow accounts.
  • Pipeline and forecast management.
  • Sell solutions to corporate clients across multiple verticals.
  • Responsible for contract development and negotiation.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar revenue volume.
  • Consistently reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets / goals.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience selling one or more of the following services and solutions to corporate clients : Digital Workplace and Infrastructure Services, App Dev / AMS & Digital Services solutions such as Cybersecurity, Smart Manufacturing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, etc.
  • Existing relationships with Sr. Executives in both IT and Business functions with targeted companies.
  • Demonstrate a strong executive presence, ability to present value proposition, and conduct consultative selling to C-level customers (e.g., CIO, CEO, CISO, CMO, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration.
  • Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills.
