Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate both inside and outside sales teams to expand market reach and increase revenue
- Support marketing efforts to promote the products and services
- Work with the Operations Manager and Director to develop organizational structure, goals, KPIs, and drive production performance
- Help build and sustain a high-performance culture that positions the company at the top of the industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations by attending conferences, networking events, and trade shows
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Participate in long-term planning and growth strategy for the company
