Key Responsibilities
Supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers compensation claims
Provide technical direction on claims adjudication and perform quality reviews on claims
Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with audit and quality standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Licenses as required and professional certifications preferred
Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of claims supervisor experience required
Familiarity with claims processing and management reporting
