Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Job Summary

The Bulletin Editor is responsible for producing accurate, visually appealing, and timely bulletins or newsletters that inform and engage the organization's audience. Working closely with leadership and staff, the editor collects, edits, and formats content, manages deadlines, and ensures that each bulletin reflects the tone and mission of the organization. This role requires attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and a strong sense of organization and time management.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and organize content from staff, departments, and community members for inclusion in weekly or monthly bulletins
• Write, edit, and proofread announcements, articles, and event listings for clarity, accuracy, and tone
• Design and format the bulletin using approved templates or software
• Ensure timely distribution of the bulletin (print and / or digital), meeting all weekly or monthly deadlines
• Coordinate with printers or manage in-house printing and folding, if applicable
• Post bulletins to the organization's website, email system, or social media as needed
• Maintain a calendar of upcoming events, submission deadlines, and content schedules
• Archive past bulletins and maintain organized digital files
• Respond to content inquiries or submission requests in a timely and professional manner
• Attend occasional staff or planning meetings as requested
