Overview

Consulting - Business Transformation - Life Sciences R&D - Senior. EY is seeking a senior consultant to support and lead client engagements, build solutions, and innovate in the market within our Life Sciences Consulting Services. Our practice helps clients shape strategic innovation priorities, improve operational efficiency, and embed compliance across the R&D value chain including discovery, pre-clinical, clinical, translational, and post-market surveillance / real-world evidence in life sciences and healthcare settings.

Your Role

This senior role will spend most of your time focused on providing client services in areas such as strategic planning, business transformation, organizational structure and operating model optimization, clinical trial acceleration, complex data analytics, research compliance and regulatory affairs, and technology implementation support. You will work with large pharma, biotechnology, academic medical centers, health systems, cancer centers, children's hospitals, and more, supporting client engagements and leading initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services in life sciences and health domains.
• Lead and contribute to client engagements, develop solutions, and drive market innovation within EY Life Sciences Consulting.
• Assist in strategic planning, operating model design, and organizational structure optimization.
• Support clinical trial acceleration, data analytics, and regulatory affairs activities; assist with technology implementation for R&D functions.
