What You'll Do :
Our Title Coordinators conduct title service processing with the purpose of ensuring all client service level agreements (SLAs) and company quality standards are met. The Title Coordinator must become proficient and gain the client confidence in the areas of customer service, state titling process, recovery affidavits, and communications with the auctions.
Provide excellent customer service and phone support; research and resolve client inquiries.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and document preparation.
Process title and registration applications, recovery affidavits, and track transactions nationwide.
Input new title requests into inventory systems and post updates to remarketing units.
Communicate daily with DMVs and title service vendors for status updates.
Prepare and distribute title invoices and maintain financial records for state fees.
Review title documents for negotiability and compliance; ensure correct identification.
Maintain organized records and reference guides for state-specific title requirements.
Utilize trade manuals (NADA, Registration Textbook) and internal systems effectively.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams; escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
Generate reports for management and clients.
What You Have :
Previous work experience, general office and data entry preferred.
Fast, accurate typing (45-60 WPM).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and telephone skills.
Computer Experience, namely Windows and Google applications.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
