Job Title : Personal Injury Paralegal – Plaintiff Litigation

Location : Uniondale, NY (On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join a reputable law firm based in Uniondale, NY

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English , with proven experience managing personal injury litigation cases from intake to settlement or trial

Overview

We are seeking a bilingual paralegal with strong experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation to support attorneys through intake, discovery, settlement, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters.
Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement demands.
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers.
Prepare and organize case files for trials, mediations, and depositions.
Maintain attorney calendars and coordinate court appearances.
Obtain and organize medical records, police reports, and discovery materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation

Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
