What You'll Do - Training and development

• IS will spend 2-4 hour per day working on training and development
• Micro-skills training for 30 / 60 / 90
• Hands on field training for JA's
• Hands on field training for leads
• Development of training classes
• Small trainings in L-10
• Will use forms to track progress- Quality control visits
• IS will conduct a minimum of 5 QC visits per week and document- Audits
• Start-up sheet audits
• Final payment form Audits- Quarterly conversations- Monthly scorecard conversations- Install follow up visits- Sales debriefs and walk throughs as needed- Service debrief forms (install warranty)
• Coaching and feedback What you need to succeed :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ Years HVAC installation experience.
• HVAC training & certifications a plus.
• EPA Universal Certification Preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and Clean MVR.

• You are dependable and consistent in all areas. Physical Requirements :
• Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday.
• Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment.
• Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Close vision, distance vision
