Billing Specialist

Mid-size law firm with multiple offices nationwide is looking for a motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized to help with billing and work on various special projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Complete monthly billing process for assigned clients
• Maintains billing follow up with all parties involved
• Set-up firm on new client billing systems
• Responds to issues regarding billing
• Responds to partner / client inquiries and special projects
• Ability to help prepare budgets for clients
• Assist with projects as needed and other duties as assigned

Pay Range : $23-28 per hour
