- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housing programs and resident interactions.
- Communicate with residents professionally, including those experiencing challenges, to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures.
- Support leasing activities by managing applications and providing relevant information to prospective residents.
- Monitor and update housing databases to ensure information is current and organized.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
