The Treasury Manager is responsible for executing essential accounting tasks efficiently and accurately. This role involves handling data entry, invoice and payment processing, billing, and managing the processes related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Accountant to ensure smooth financial operations and may be asked to assist with other projects related to the general ledger and the monthly close.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position up to 28 hours a week. We prefer candidates available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. For the right candidate, we are open to a primarily remote setup with occasional in-office visits as needed. Work hours are flexible within the standard business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the accounts payable and accounts receivable email, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
• Process and accurately code invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Apply customer payments to invoices within the accounts receivable system.
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to facilitate smooth incoming and outbound payments.
• Ensure compliance with company controls and procedures for all financial transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with the accounting team on daily operations and ad hoc projects.
• Support the sales team by coordinating collection efforts on overdue invoices.
• Work alongside department managers to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
