Required Qualifications
3+ years in operations, client services, or systems coordination
Experience with automation tools like Zapier and project management platforms such as Monday.com
Strong organizational and project management skills
Available for 25 hours per week during business hours (9am - 5pm ET)
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and LastPass is a plus
