Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) (Bonus, Equity , Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off and professional development stipend)
About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll own delivery and profitability for our most complex structural projects—commercial, aviation, healthcare, education, and mission‑critical facilities. You’ll lead a high‑caliber team, nurture client relationships, drive new business, and ensure technical excellence from design through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design, documentation, and construction support on complex $10M+ projects
- Approve all change orders >
$50K; oversee project scope, schedule, and budget
