Maintenance Technician The position will provide efficient service while responding to guest requests. They will engage in troubleshooting to determine issues and find solutions to solve technical problems. Routine maintenance throughout the property as necessary. Job applicants must be able to move and lift to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for extended period of times.

Essential Functions

• General skills in one or more of the following trades : plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, construction and pool / spa maintenance
• Responds to guest room calls as required
• Provides preventive maintenance to various equipment
• Assigned to various projects
