This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a niche market with a top-notch window cleaning and pressure washing company that is fully licensed and insured that operates under Christian morals and ethics. Our company provides a white glove service so attention to every detail is a must. Our office is in Dunedin and the majority of our customers are located throughout Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties. What you'll be doing :

Be the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.

Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates and follow up on leads.

Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.

Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.

Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer follow-ups.

Who we're looking for :

A people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!).

You are a professional : you keep your desk neat, clean, and organized so everything's handy and ready for use.

You'll learn to use our software, understand job-scopes, and estimating too, because you'll know that this keeps everyone informed, from the customer to the service experts to the team here at the office.

You dress in business casual, and have the ability to pass a drug and background check.
