Previous industry experience (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Parts Sales, etc.) preferred. Ability to operate various computer software including customer relationship management (CRM) and point of sale (POS) systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for :
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
- Processing customer orders
- Providing exceptional customer services
- Supporting assigned outside sales representative as customer contact
