Immediate need for a talented Principal Systems Integration Specialist . This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Arvada, Colorado (Onsite)

Pay Range : $57 - $80 / hour . Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the integration of HR systems from Workday to Oracle HCM, focusing on modules such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and requisitions.
• Map critical data fields between platforms and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with standards and Sundyne's operational needs.
• Serve as a backup for Sundyne's benefits and payroll functions.
• Provide project management oversight, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency throughout the integration process.
