Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the integration of HR systems from Workday to Oracle HCM, focusing on modules such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and requisitions.
- Map critical data fields between platforms and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment with standards and Sundyne's operational needs.
- Serve as a backup for Sundyne's benefits and payroll functions.
- Provide project management oversight, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency throughout the integration process.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
