ClearanceJobs is currently partnering with a rapidly growing aerospace company to assist in hiring a Launch Systems Integration Engineering Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This position must be performed onsite in Greenwood Village, CO and requires an active Top Secret security clearance (minimum). Active TS / SCI security clearance preferred. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

Summary

As a Launch Systems Integration Engineering Manager, you will coordinate spacecraft launch integration programs, focusing on customer solutions and ensuring alignment between the Space Vehicle (SV) and Launch Vehicle (LV) design teams. This includes overseeing all phases of system integration, from requirement allocation to test execution.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance (minimum). Active TS / SCI security clearance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience working commercial Ride Share and National Security Space Launch (NSSL) launch integration programs.
• Experience working hands-on with hardware or software technical projects.
• Experience leading space vehicle to launch vehicle integration campaigns.
• Strong communication and coordination skills : verbal, written, and presentation.
• Functional leadership experience (such as reviewing performance and providing performance feedback).
• Strong interpersonal skills and techniques for eliciting and motivating team performance.
• Experience in interpreting customer (internal and external) needs and expectations.
• Proposal and technical communication / writing.
• Must be willing to travel to launch sites, test sites, other industry partner offices, and customer locations as needed.
