A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and establish solutions across agricultural software and hardware
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge for digital products, and facilitate training for internal support teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate content for technical publications and monitor support workload data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Studies, Business, Agronomy, or related field
3+ years of postgraduate work experience
1+ year of experience in a customer support role
Experience in the agriculture industry
Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of Farm Management Information Systems preferred
