Responsibilities :
- Produce timely and accurate payrolls : includes all payroll interface and processing activities.
- Act as a daily liaison with client-designated contacts for payroll processing; respond to client inquiries and take pertinent actions, ensuring timely review and resolution of issues. Collaborate effectively with GlobalView and ADP business groups to resolve client issues.
- Maintain client payroll procedure manuals and business process documents.
- Ensure quality controls in the payroll process and update documentation, includes reconciliation of results and audit controls.
- Highlight and escalate relevant issues that may affect the execution of client payrolls.
- Process timely and accurate cyclical events, including month-end, quarter, and year-end activities. Balance client data for the quarter and close.
- Manage client issues in the CRM system and work with the client and internal partners to classify, prioritize, and track.
- Keep updated knowledge and experience of statutory legislation and ADP systems.
- Participate in testing and validation as needed for product updates, configuration changes, and cyclical processing events (like end of year). Assist in implementation during testing phases / parallel processing / UAT.
Qualifications Required :
3-5 years of directly related experienceBachelors degree or equivalent in education and experience with a primary focus in IT / Business.Qualifications Preferred :
Considered an asset knowledge of year-end processing requirements for multi-state CPA certifications.Proficient in Word and Excel.Advanced customer service skills, both written and verbal.Ability to analyze problems through effective client interaction and communication.Ability to work under time constraints to ensure deadlines are met.Experience with SAP Payroll highly valued; college degree preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage and meet customer expectations effectively.Person with strong initiative and high motivation.Ability to work flexible hours may be required.
