Master Plumber’s License, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, (WSSC) Backflow Preventer Certified, and HAZMAT Certification (preferred). In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. Strong problem-solving and management skills. Attention to Detail : Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards. Job Summary Description :
- Provides technical skills required of a Master licensed plumber for the installation, alteration, maintenance and repair of the plumbing systems and related accessories, to assist with management and operation of the facilities in a cost-effective manner.
- Performs master level, skilled plumbing work in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing fixtures, water leaks, gas leaks, sanitary and storm lines.
- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Management, OSHA, and our clients.
- Complete all required compliance, safety and developmental training as assigned.
- Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
- Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals and dishwashers.
