Revenue Cycle Representative

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative - Patient Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately submit claims and respond to denials while managing insurance follow-up and collections

Analyze and correct patient invoices for clean claim submissions and maintain work queues

Reconcile accounts and resolve issues related to payments, charges, and insurance denials

Required Qualifications

High School Degree

Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities

Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures

Ability to read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)

Participation in meetings and training to enhance job knowledge
