Responsibilities
The Resolution Planning Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and submission of the bank's resolution plan preparedness in compliance with regulatory requirements. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, this position ensures that the institution adopts business organizational strategies, policies, and procedures that appropriately address the resolution planning process into business processes and establishes an ongoing credible regulatory resolution plan submission.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the bank's Resolution Plan submission, including governance, strategy, and operational continuity.
- Manage the resolution planning projects, policies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple business units.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business lines on the requirements of the Resolution Plan.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data, content, and playbooks ensuring alignment with the regulation and integrating the requirements of the Resolution Plan into business processes.
- Facilitate governance forums and working groups; prepare materials for senior management and board-level committees.
- Work with Internal Audit to facilitate and / or conduct regular testing and simulation exercises to validate the credibility and operational feasibility of the Resolution Plan.
- Review the collection of informational filing content and ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, auditable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
- Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding resolution planning matters, participating in examinations, discussions, and ongoing feedback processes.
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory guidance, industry best practices, and supervisory expectations, proactively updating the plan to maintain compliance and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and address impediments to resolvability, including dependencies, critical services, and third-party risks.
Note : This position does not involve direct people management but requires strong leadership skills to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in finance, risk management, internal controls, audit, or related roles, ideally within banking or financial services.Strong understanding of U.S. resolution planning regulations.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workiva is a plus.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.Key Measures of Success / Key Deliverables :
