Oracle ERP Consultant (Oracle Fusion)

Job Description : Oracle ERP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Consultant to analyze our current ERP processes and recommend, as well as implement, solutions and enhancements to our existing Oracle Fusion platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, and a proven track record of optimizing business processes and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process Analysis :

Analyze and evaluate current ERP processes and workflows.

  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Oracle Fusion platform.
  • Solution Recommendation :

    • Develop and propose strategic solutions and enhancements to address identified issues and inefficiencies.

  • Provide detailed recommendations for process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Implementation :

    • Lead the implementation of approved solutions and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Technical Support :

    • Offer technical guidance and support during the implementation phase.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
  • Training and Documentation :

    • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

  • Create comprehensive documentation of new processes and system changes.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, with specific expertise in Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with other ERP systems.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion or related fields.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
