We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Controller to join our Accounting leadership team in a PE-backed, high-growth, multi-unit environment. The Controller will play a critical role in scaling the Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, optimizing processes, and leading a team through a period of rapid expansion. This individual will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, driving both operational efficiency and strategic insight to support the company’s growth trajectory.
This role requires candidates to live in the greater Denver area, with a hybrid work environment. (Three days a week in office -Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $179,000 - $240,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
