MAU is hiring a Manufacturing Project Coordinator for our client in Mooresville, NC. As a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you will serve as the key link between customers and the production floor, managing accounts, coordinating job orders, and overseeing materials purchasing to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Shift Information :
Monday–Friday | 7 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PMRequired Education and Experience :
2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentGeneral Requirements :
Proficient in basic math and numerical reasoningSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelExperience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesEffective negotiation and conflict resolution skillsHigh attention to detail for accurate documentation and reportingAbility to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesEssential Functions :
Facilitate production orders through the facility while interacting with internal departments and customersAccept customer orders and ensure alignment with existing quotationsCreate bills of material and assign part numbersPlan and generate job travelers for productionCommunicate with customers to expedite orders, resolve shipping issues, and address print concernsPurchase materials for existing orders and coordinate material deliveriesRequote parts once they enter regular productionComplete all documentation in compliance with ISO requirementsPerform other duties as assignedWorking Conditions :
