This opportunity is in the Claims department.

Our Claims Department oversees both high-exposure workers' compensation and liability claims. As an unbundled carrier, we work actively with third-party administrators (TPAs) and self-administered accounts to assist in guiding claims to a successful resolution. As an excess carrier, the catastrophic claims we handle keep our group challenged, but the uniqueness provides plenty of growth opportunities.

Role Description :

Are you passionate about operational excellence, payment accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration? As a TPA Governance Analyst , you'll play a vital role in supporting Safety National's Claims-TPA Governance team through payment processing, invoice resolution, and continuous process improvement. You'll serve as a crucial liaison between Claims, Finance, and our Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), helping to ensure timely and accurate service fee payments. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will shine as you help maintain logs, resolve payment discrepancies, support financial reconciliations, and contribute to dashboard reporting. You'll also have the opportunity to recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and support internal audit readiness. Qualifications : Education :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field preferred .

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $84,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
