Title : Customer Service Account Representative
Location : Columbus, OH
Key Responsibilities
Customer-facing role (external customers only, not internal support)
Order entry, data entry, and shipment tracking
Entering data into MS Dynamics 365 (now known as Business Central). There is training available for the new hire.
Answering inbound calls and emails (60 100 accounts to manage; 80 100 emails daily)
Proactive and polished communication with customers (phone and written)
Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory Lead (the new hire will receive the necessary onboarding / training from these two members)
Requirements
Experience : 1 to 3 years of experience
Call center experience acceptable
Open to junior candidates (1 year of experience is a minimum)
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
B2B customer service experience preferred (Client operates in B2B)
Education : Not a strict requirement
Additional Details
Training : Documented training available; existing team members will support onboarding
Benefits : Available (not to be shared with candidates at this stage, but can be relayed verbally)
