The Lead Restoration Technician is a working Field Technician that regularly produces all mold remediation, air duct & dryer vent cleaning, HVAC coil cleaning, 24 / 7 water damage recovery services, and other restoration services to our clients as needed.
The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance and to act as the primary point of contact for our customers, in addition to being responsible for a company vehicle and all equipment for both commercial and residential divisions.

Primary Responsibilities of the Lead Restoration Technician :
Manage the production, including hands-on work as required, of mold remediation, water damage cleanup, installation of preventative moisture control solutions and HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of workProvide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completionManage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, moisture readings, time sheets, contracts, etc.)Respond to emergency recovery situations when needed, 24 / 7Work safely in a team environmentEnsures all safety measures are enforced on job siteQualifications of the Lead Restoration Technician :
Must have a minimum of two years experience in home services or construction fieldsWorking knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plusMust be a self-starterAble to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsWorking knowledge of basic PC operationsExhibit a professional, neat appearanceAbility to lift 75 lbsValid drivers license with satisfactory driving recordSafety Gear Provided :
