A-Level Automotive Technician

Location : Surprise, AZ

Earning Potential : $75,000–$110,000+ per year

Schedule : Monday–Friday, No weekends

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of experience in an independent shop or dealership (or both)

Expertise in drivability issues and electrical diagnostics—this is not a parts-changer role

Comfortable working on older vehicles, light diesel engines, and RVs

Own your basic tools; we provide advanced diagnostics and specialty equipment

A team-first attitude—no egos, no shortcuts, no excuses

Dependable, honest, and committed to doing the job right

What You'll Be Working On

A mix of gas and diesel vehicles, light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, and RVs

Electrical and drivability diagnostics—you'll be solving real problems

Complex repairs that other shops send away

No tires, bodywork, or paint—we focus on real mechanical repair

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range : $75,000–$110,000+ annually

Health Insurance : We cover 50% of your premium

Dental & Vision : Available (100% employee-paid)

Paid Time Off :

1 week starting in Year 1

2 weeks starting in Year 3

Closed weekends and all major holidays
