Compensation : $105K – $140K Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations Manage Treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, banking activity, and liquidity management Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and professional development opportunities Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Work with external auditors by preparing schedules and supporting audit requests Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within AP and Treasury workflows Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP / accounting systems Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
