QUALIFICATIONS FOR A OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Every state requires all Occupational Therapists to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

As an Occupational Therapist you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career!

You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs / 504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in fine motor skills, handwriting, and other areas.
