The Team : Celonis Services is a strategic services organisation that focuses on the technical aspects of our customers\' journeys as well as generating tangible business value during the engagements. It includes Consulting Services, Academy and Customer Support. We are thought leaders with deep product, technical and domain expertise and focus on delivering Celonis implementations, maximizing business value and driving product adoption for our customers. We achieve this by bringing together our best practices, delivery experience, award-winning enablement and support expertise.

The Role : As an AI Deployment Architect, you will work directly with customers to understand their problems and design, deploy and scale innovative AI solutions and automations using our Process Intelligence platform. In a presales and post sales capacity you will work closely with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and GTM to standardize these solutions and bring them to our customer base at scale.

The work you'll do

• Pitch the Celonis AI value proposition and vision to customers and align our solutions with their AI strategy
• Prototype, develop, deploy and scale AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions
• Identify and package scalable AI use cases across the Celonis platform, driving innovation and expanding our offerings
• Collect and share AI success stories with the whole organization and our customers
• Help define and lead execution on the roadmap for AI Lighthouse customers
• Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform future product development based on customer feedback
• Train internal teams and help them position and deploy AI solutions
• Design and architecting end-to-end deployments that encompass AI, PI & Automation
