Overview
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our customer support tooling team. You''ll work on modernizing and simplifying applications built with Next.js and TypeScript , supporting both front-end and back-end needs. This is a hands-on engineering role with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and delivering intuitive customer support experiences.
Base pay range
$120,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr
Experience : 8 - 15 Years
Mandatory Skills : React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer support applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with design and product teams, working closely with Figma handoffs.
- Contribute to the migration from a legacy TypeScript + GraphQL stack to a simpler, modern architecture.
- Integrate APIs and work across full stack systems (Node.js + AWS).
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product goals.
- Support AI-driven initiatives within customer support tooling.
