Alpha is scaling fast—and we need you to drive enrollment and parent trust at a new campus. You will lead enrollment growth for your campus, managing pipelines, admissions cycles, and ongoing parent engagement in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment.

Alpha isn’t a traditional school. Students complete core academics in two hours a day using AI-powered apps, with afternoons spent on public speaking, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving. Your role is to guide families, not to persuade with scripted sales tactics.

You will build deep ties in the community, host informative sessions, activate parent advocates, and partner with local organizations.

About Alpha

Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with AI-powered learning that accelerates student potential. Students study core academics for two hours daily, with afternoons focused on hands-on, real-world learning.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $100 USD / hour, equating to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
