Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Product Engineer to join our growing manufacturing engineering team . This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) who is eager to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering projects . You will gain hands-on experience in product design, testing, and optimization of louvers, dampers, and other HVAC-related components, while learning directly from experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of new products and enhancements to existing product lines.
• Create and revise 2D / 3D part and assembly models / drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD .
• Participate in prototype builds and product testing for air performance, water penetration, and wind-driven rain per AMCA standards .
• Support engineers in analyzing test data and applying findings to product refinements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and sales teams to ensure products meet performance goals and customer requirements.
• Help prepare technical documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering change orders (ECOs) .
• Gain exposure to industry standards and compliance requirements in manufacturing and HVAC applications.
