Senior Platform Engineer, Workday

You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.

General Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend, including Workday Studio, Orchestrations, Workday APIs, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
• Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal / external systems using Workday Studio, Orchestrations, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality and defect-free solutions.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and support procedures.
• Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA : $127,500 - $145,500 for Senior Platform Engineer

Plano, TX : $115,900 - $132,200 for Senior Platform Engineer

Richmond, VA : $115,900 - $132,200 for Senior Platform Engineer

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
